Westland Squash Club is based in Yeovil, Somerset and is part of the Westland Leisure Complex that has around twenty other sections. We are a Club that prides ourselves on the value for money for every standard of squash player - from the social player through to county standard.

Coaching has a large focus in our club. All ages catered for - from age 5 to those over 60! Although mainly for the beginner, our Level 2 licensed coach does cater for players that feel that more is wanted out of their game. Within the weekly group sessions you will always find something to improve your game.

Weekly Flat Chat Tournaments are also held for lower level players to encourage them to develop their technique whilst having friendly, competitive games on a regular bases. To register your interest in playing Flat Chat or just to find out more contact our organiser on flatchat@westlandsquashclub.co.uk.

We plan to re-introduce the Mini-Leagues in 2012. Groups of five people play each other in a two month period. The winner of the most games is promoted two leagues, second promoted one, next stays in the curent league and the last two goes down one and two leagues. This keeps being refreshed so you will always have a variety of people to play. It also tends to diversify your game so you will learn from others all the time.

The competition for places in our Somerset League Team is hotting up but there's always room for another! For those interested e-mail our Team Captain who's email address is  teamcaptain@westlandsquashclub.co.uk.
